THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Submit the application through InfoReady no later than Friday, January 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern time. Letters of recommendation and official transcripts should be uploaded by the designated deadline. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by Friday, March 14, 2025.

The Hopkins USTAR Program will collaborate with the Diversity Summer Internship Program at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Morgan State University, and the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

COVER PAGE & RESUMÉ

Submit a cover page that includes the applicant’s name, affiliation, phone number and email. In addition, provide a current resumé.

INTEREST LETTER

Letter of interest detailing research interest, experience, and career goals and names of potential mentors (limit 3 pages, not including references) (Arial, 11pt)

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary institution attended.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Two letters of recommendation from an academic advisor or course instructor. Recommendation letters should comment on the applicant’s academic or professional potential, commitment to aging research, interdisciplinary thinking and potential in the field of aging.
